Scope

This Standard specifies methods for the determination of copper, manganese, chromium, cobalt,
nickel, vanadium, zinc, lead, iron, magnesium, indium, and arsenic contents in high pure
germanium tetrachloride.
This Standard is applicable to the determination of copper, manganese, chromium, cobalt,
nickel, vanadium, zinc, lead, iron, magnesium, indium, and arsenic contents in high pure
germanium tetrachloride. The determination range (mass fraction) for each element is 1×10-9 %
to 2×10-5 %; iron is determined using the dynamic reaction cell mode.
