Warning --- personnel should use this standard regular laboratory work experience. This standard does not point out all possible security asked
question. Users have the responsibility to take appropriate safety and health practices and to ensure compliance with the conditions relevant national regulations.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry refined nickel silicon, manganese, phosphorus, iron, copper, cobalt, magnesium, aluminum, zinc, chromium
test methods.
This method is suitable for the analysis of nickel in the refining of silicon, manganese, phosphorus, iron, copper, cobalt, magnesium, aluminum, zinc and chromium. Measuring range of the elements shown in Table 1.
Table 1 element Measuring range
Element measurement range (mass fraction) /%
Si 0.01 ~ 0.50
Mn 0.001 ~ 0.50
P 0.005 ~ 0.05
Fe 0.01 ~ 1.00
Cu 0.002 ~ 0.50
Co 0.020 ~ 1.50
Mg 0.001 ~ 0.05
Al 0.005 ~ 0.05
Zn 0.01 ~ 0.05
Cr 0.01 ~ 0.05
2 principle of the method
Weigh a certain amount of sample decomposition with nitric acid samples by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer measured elements line measurement solution
Spectral intensity, the use of background buckle fashion line correction, eliminate the influence of the matrix of nickel, calculated according to the standard elements of a calibration curve prepared solution
content.
3 Reagents
Unless otherwise indicated, this standard reagents used were of analytical grade water are one of the water.
