TB/T 3396 Test Methods for Fastening Systems of High-Speed Railway consists of the
following 7 parts:

Railway – Part 6: Effect of Severe Environmental Conditions
1 Scope
This Part specifies the indoor test method for the effect of severe environmental conditions on
the assembly of fasteners.
This Part applies to fastening systems for high-speed railway.

GB/T 10125 Corrosion tests in artificial atmospheres - Salt spray tests
3 Principle
Place the complete assembly of fasteners in a salt spray environment; and check the
convenience and status of the disassembly and reassembly of each component.
4 Test Equipment
4.1 Rail
A section of short rail about 0.3m in length with the same cross-section as the rail for assembly
of the fastener under test.
4.2 Salt spraying equipment
Salt spraying equipment shall meet the requirements of neutral salt spray test in GB/T 10125.
