This Part specifies the indoor test methods for clamping force of fastener. This Part is applicable to the fastening systems of high-speed railway. 2 Sign The following signs are applicable to this Document. d: the vertical displacement of the sleeper relative to the rail, in millimeters (mm); ms: the mass of the sleeper or part of the sleeper used for testing and the fastening components assembled thereon, in kilograms (kg); mf: the mass of the reinforcement frame supported by the sleeper, in kilograms (kg); P: vertical force acting on the rail or sleeper, in kilonewtons (kN); P0: Just offset the clamping force, the vertical force when the rail has zero displacement, in kilonewtons (kN); P1: The vertical force acting on the rail or sleeper when the average reading of the displacement sensor is zero, in kilonewtons (kN). 3 Principles The clamping force of the fastener is determined by measuring the force that disengages the rail from the rail bearing surface. 4 Test Equipment 4.1 Rail TB/T 3396.2-2015 ?
