The 352220X3-2RS type bearing grease is injected once from the center spacer.
For each outer oil seal of 352226X2-2RZ, 353130X2-2RZ, 353130A bearings, before press-fitting, apply 5 g ~ 10 g of lubricating grease to the lip of the inner diameter, the mass of which is contained in the total amount of grease injected into the bearing. 4.14 Depth from outer ring end face to seal component end face

5.2 Non-metallic inclusions
The inspection of non-metallic inclusions, in electroslag remelting high-carbon chromium bearing steel, shall be carried out, according to the provisions in GB/T 18254. The inspection of non-metallic inclusions, in electroslag remelting carburized bearing steel, shall be in accordance with the method A in GB/T 10561-2005. The inspection of non-metallic inclusions, in vacuum degassed bearing steel, is carried out according to the method A in ISO 4967:2013.
5.3 Microstructure

5.6 Radial play
See Figure 4 for the measurement of the radial play of NJ3226X1 and NJP3226X1 bearings. Fix the inner ring of the bearing to be tested on a horizontal platform, so that the outer ring is in a normal contact state. Align the probe of the measuring instrument with the middle of the outer diameter surface of the outer ring. Push and pull the outer ring, in the diameter direction of the bearing. The numerical difference as displayed on the measuring instrument is the radial play. Take the arithmetic mean of the readings at different angular positions (approximately uniform, at least 3), as the radial play of the bearing. The measurement load should not be too large during measurement. 5.11 Appearance and flaw detection

Use an electronic balance, to weigh the bearing before and after the grease injection. The difference between the weight before and after the grease injection is the grease injection of the bearing.
5.15 Depth from outer ring end face to seal component end face
The depth e, from the end face of the outer ring to the end face of the sealing component, shall be measured at 3 points about 120?? apart, as shown in Figure 10.
