This Part is applicable to export packaging of dangerous goods with holding capacity not exceeding 450L and net weight not exceeding 400KG. This Part is not applicable to packaging of gas sprayer, gas container, radioactive material, and infectious substance with maximum working pressure greater than or equal to 100kPa, inner diameter greater than 0.15m, and volume greater than or equal to 0.025m3.
