Scope

This Part of SB/T 10794 specifies the structure, characteristics and
performance requirements of commercial refrigerated cabinets for sales and
storage of food (hereinafter referred to as refrigerated cabinets), as well as test
conditions, test methods, classification methods, grading methods of
commercial refrigerated cabinets and product marks, product characteristics
information provided by manufacturer.
The application examples of refrigerated cabinets to which this Part is
applicable are.
- mainly applicable to non-domestic use refrigerated cabinets and kitchen
refrigerator;
- mainly applicable to refrigerated cabinets used in stores;
- cooling bench with refrigerator or freezer storage compartment;
- commercial refrigerated cabinets mainly used in stores, hotels and
restaurants, beverage refrigerated display cabinets;
- refrigerated cabinets of other special purposes.
This Part is not applicable to.
- refrigerated display cabinets for retail use (GB/T 21001);
- household refrigerators (GB/T 8059);
- cooling vending machines;
- rapid cooling machine (cabinet);
- fast freezer (cabinet);
- non-food freezer (e.g.. constant temperature chamber, ultra-low
temperature cabinets, medical freezer, blood freezer).
