Scope

This Standard specifies the contents required by the implementation conditions, test
items, test methods, evaluation basis, test procedures and test report for the new
product design type test of electric motorcycles and electric mopeds.
This Standard is applicable to electric motorcycles and electric mopeds (see GB/T
24158-2009 for the definitions) (Unless otherwise specified, they are referred to as
electric motorcycles).
