Foreword
This document was in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Directives
for standardization - Part 1: Rules for the structure and drafting of standardizing
documents".
This document replaces QC/T 603-1999 "A-type clips". Compared with QC/T 603-
1999, it mainly adds:
- Provisions on the insertion force and withdrawal force of the clip (see Table 2);
- Provisions on general tolerances (see table 2);
- Aging requirements (see Table 2);
- Requirements for prohibited substance (see Table 2);
- Requirements for volatile organic compound (VOC) (see Table 2);
- Requirements for combustion characteristics (see Table 2);
- Provisions on acceptance quality limit (AQL) (see Table 2).
This document was proposed by AND shall be under the jurisdiction of the National
Automotive Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC 114).

A-type clips
1 Scope
This document specifies the type, size, and technical conditions of A-type clips for
automobiles.
This document is applicable to A-type clips, which have a diameter of D0 = 5 mm and
D0 = 6 mm in the mounting hole of the body sheet, AND a maximum connection
thickness S of 5 mm.
