This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marks, packaging, transportation and storage of condensers for automotive air conditioning (condensers for short). This document applies to air-cooled condensers for exterior use, heat pump type interior air-cooled condensers and air-cooled condensers with liquid storage tanks using HFC-134a and HFO-1234yf as refrigerants.
