1 Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules for streaming rear-view mirror for vehicle.
This document applies to internal streaming rear-view mirror for vehicle (referred to as "systems"), which consists of category I mirrors and camera-monitor systems. 2 Normative references

5.1.3 Conduct the test in accordance with 6.3.3. The system monitor shall have no more than 4 non-illuminating dead pixels; the distance between the dead pixels shall be greater than 10 mm; the monitor shall not have dead pixels that cannot be extinguished. 5.1.4 Conduct the test in accordance with 6.3.1. The system installed on the vehicle shall comply with the installation requirements for category I sight mirrors in Chapter 6 of GB 15084-2022, as well as the installation requirements for category I CMS as specified in 7.1 of GB 15084-2022.
5.1.5 For systems using LCD displays, the test shall be carried out in accordance with 6.3.4. When the system operating temperature is lower than -20 ??C or higher than 70 ??C, the system shall automatically switch to the mirror mode, meanwhile it shall be specified in the vehicle product instruction manual.
5.1.6 Carry out the test in accordance with 6.3.5. After the system is powered on and running normally, manually switch between the mirror mode and the CMS mode. The switching time shall not be greater than 1 s.
5.1.7 Carry out the test in accordance with 6.3.6. When the vehicle ignition power is in the ACC position and the vehicle is driving, the system shall have self-test and fault alarm functions. If the system fails, an acoustic or optical prompt shall be used, meanwhile the system can be switched to sight mirror mode manually or automatically. The types of system fault prompts shall at least include machine faults and monitor faults. The fault type, fault alarm signal prompting method, etc. shall be explained in the vehicle product instruction manual.
5.1.8 Conduct the test in accordance with 6.3.7. The system shall normally output the image, which is acquired by the camera, within 2 seconds after the vehicle ignition power is in the ACC position.
5.1.9 The installation of cameras shall take into account the effects of weather and environment, to reduce the possibility of the lens being attached with rain, snow, dust, etc. Relevant cleaning instructions and safety instructions shall be provided in the vehicle product instruction manual, to remind users to do necessary cleaning of the camera and surveillance.
5.2 Environmental assessment
5.2.1 Functional status grading
The functional status grading is as shown in Table 1.
Note: For systems with overvoltage protection functions, the functions during the test are determined by negotiation between the supplier and the buyer.
5.2.2.2.2 Room temperature conditions
According to the test in 6.4.1.2.2, the functional status of the system shall not be lower than grade B.

5.2.2.3 Superimposed AC voltage
Test in accordance with 6.4.1.3. During and after the test, the functional status of the system shall reach grade A.
5.2.2.4 Slow drop and rise of power supply voltage
According to the test in 6.4.1.4, when the voltage is at USmin during the test and after the test, the functional status of the system shall reach grade A.
5.2.2.5 Slow drop and rapid rise of power supply voltage
According to the test in 6.4.1.5, when the voltage is within the range of USmin ~ USmax during the test and after the test, the functional status of the system shall reach grade A. 5.2.2.6 Transient changes in power supply voltage
5.2.2.6.1 Instantaneous voltage drop
According to the test of 6.4.1.6.1, the functional status of the system shall not be lower than grade C.
5.2.2.6.2 Reset performance against voltage dips
According to the test in 6.4.1.6.2, when the voltage returns to USmin during the test and after the test, the functional status of the system shall reach grade A. 5.2.2.6.3 Startup characteristics
According to the test in 6.4.1.6.3, the functional status of the system shall not be lower than grade C.
5.2.2.6.4 Load dump
According to the test of 6.4.1.6.4, the functional status of the system shall not be lower than grade C.
5.2.2.7 Reverse voltage
According to the test in 6.4.1.7, the functional status of the system after the test shall reach grade A.
5.2.2.8 Short-term interruption of power supply
According to the test in 6.4.1.8, when the power supply interruption time does not exceed 100 ??s during the test, the functional status of the system shall reach grade A; when the power supply interruption time exceeds 100 ??s and does not exceed 2 s, the functional status of the system shall not be lower than grade C. After the test, the functional status of the system shall reach grade A.
5.2.2.9 Open circuit
5.2.2.9.1 Single line open circuit
According to the test in 6.4.1.9.1, the functional status of the system after the test shall reach grade A.
5.2.2.9.2 Multi-line open circuit
According to the test in 6.4.1.9.2, the functional status of the system after the test shall reach grade A.
5.2.2.10 Short circuit protection
According to the test in 6.4.1.10. After the test, the functional status of the system shall reach grade A.
5.2.2.11 Insulation resistance
According to the test in 6.4.1.11, the insulation resistance of the system shall not be less than 10 M??. The functional status after the test shall reach grade A.
5.2.2.12 Reference ground and power supply offset
According to the test in 6.4.1.12, the functional status of the system shall not be lower than grade B.
5.2.3 Mechanical properties
5.2.3.1 Mechanical vibration
According to the test in 6.4.2.1, the system is not allowed to suffer physical damage during and after the test; the functional status shall not be lower than grade B. 5.2.3.2 Mechanical impact
According to the test in 6.4.2.2, the system is not allowed to suffer physical damage According to the test in 6.4.3.1.1, the functional status of the system after the test shall reach grade A.
5.2.4.2.2 Low temperature operation
According to the test in 6.4.3.1.2, the functional status of the system shall not be lower than grade B.
5.2.4.3 High temperature requirements
5.2.4.3.1 High temperature storage
According to the test in 6.4.3.2.1, the functional status of the system after the test shall reach grade A.
5.2.4.3.2 High temperature operation
According to the test in 6.4.3.2.2, the functional status of the system during and after the test shall reach grade A.
5.2.4.4 Temperature gradient
According to the test in 6.4.3.3, the functional status of the system shall not be lower than grade B.
5.2.4.5 Temperature cycle
5.2.4.5.1 Temperature cycle with specified rate of change
According to the test in 6.4.3.4.1, the functional status of the system shall not be lower than grade B.
5.2.4.5.2 Rapid temperature changes with specified transition times
According to the test in 6.4.3.4.2, the functional status of the system after the test shall reach grade A.
5.2.4.6 Damp heat requirements
5.2.4.6.1 Damp heat cycle
According to the test in 6.4.3.5.1, during and after the test, the functional status of the system or unit installed inside the passenger compartment shall reach grade A; there shall be no condensation in the display area.
There are no requirements for systems or units installed outside the vehicle. 5.2.4.6.2 Temperature/humidity combined cycle
According to the test in 6.4.3.5.2, during and after the test, the functional status of the system or unit installed outside the vehicle shall reach grade A; there shall be no condensation inside the display area.
There are no requirements for systems or units installed inside the passenger compartment.
5.2.4.6.3 Steady-state damp heat
According to the test in 6.4.3.5.3, during the last 1 hour of the test and after the test, the functional status of the system shall reach grade A; there shall be no condensation inside the display area.
5.2.4.7 Ice water shock
Carry out the test in accordance with 6.4.3.6. During and after the test, the functional status of the system or unit installed outside the vehicle shall reach grade A. There are no requirements for systems or units installed in the passenger compartment. 5.2.4.8 Salt spray resistance
5.2.4.8.1 Corrosion
Carry out the test in accordance with 6.4.3.7.1. After the test, the functional status of the system or unit installed outside the vehicle shall reach grade A.
There are no requirements for systems or units installed in the passenger compartment. 5.2.4.8.2 Leakage and functionality
Carry out the test in accordance with 6.4.3.7.2. During and after the test, the functional status of the system or unit installed outside the vehicle shall reach grade A. No salt water shall enter the shell after the test.
There are no requirements for systems or units installed in the passenger compartment. 5.2.4.9 Solar radiation
Conduct the test in accordance with 6.4.3.8. After the test, the surface coating (plating) layer of the system or unit, which is installed outside the vehicle or installed in the passenger compartment in direct sunlight, shall be free of peeling, cracking, blistering, etc. (light discoloration and color change of appearance not affecting image quality is allowed).
5.2.5 Dustproof and waterproof
5.2.5.1 Dustproof performance
The DUT is tested in working mode B, according to the method specified in 4.2.2.2 of GB/T 28046.3-2011. Carry out a functional check after the test.
6.4.2.3 Free drop test
After adding protective measures to the mirror, the DUT is tested in working mode A1, according to the method specified in 4.3.2 of GB/T 28046.3-2011. After the test, perform a functional check in working mode B.
6.4.2.4 Gravel impact test
The DUT is tested in working mode A1, according to the method specified in 6.6.4 of QC/T 1128-2019. After the test, perform a functional check in working mode B. 6.4.2.5 Lens wear resistance test
The DUT is tested in working mode A1, according to the method specified in 6.6.5 of QC/T 1128-2019. After the test, perform a functional check in working mode B. 6.4.2.6 Wire harness pull-off force test
The DUT is tested in working mode A2, according to the method specified in 6.6.6 of QC/T 1128-2019. After the test, perform a functional check in working mode B. 6.4.3 Weather resistance test
6.4.3.1 Low temperature test
6.4.3.1.1 Low temperature storage
The DUT is tested, at the lower storage temperature limit and operating mode A1 in Table 3, according to the method specified in 5.1.1.1.2 of GB/T 28046.4-2011. After the test, let it stand for 2 hours to return to normal temperature. Perform a functional check in working mode B.
6.4.3.1.2 Low temperature operation
The DUT is tested, at Tmin and working mode B, in accordance with the method specified in 5.1.1.2.2 of GB/T 28046.4-2011. After the test, let it stand for 2 hours to return to normal temperature. Perform a functional check in working mode B. 6.4.3.2 High temperature test
6.4.3.2.1 High temperature storage
The DUT is tested, at the upper storage temperature limit and operating mode A1 in Table 3, according to the method specified in 5.1.2.1.2 of GB/T 28046.4-2011. After the test, let it stand for 2 hours to return to normal temperature. Perform a functional check in working mode B.
6.4.3.2.2 High temperature operation
The DUT is tested, at Tmax and working mode B, in accordance with the method specified in 5.1.2.2.2 of GB/T 28046.4-2011. After the test, let it stand for 2 hours to return to normal temperature. Perform a functional check in working mode B. 6.4.3.3 Temperature gradient test
The DUT is tested, in the Tmin ~ Tmax range and working mode A2, according to the method specified in 5.2.2 of GB/T 28046.4-2011. During the test, perform functional check in working mode B. After the test, let it stand for 2 hours to return to normal temperature. Perform a functional check in working mode B.
6.4.3.4 Temperature cycle test
6.4.3.4.1 Temperature cycle with specified change rate
The DUT is tested, in working mode A2, within the range of Tmin ~ Tmax, according to the method specified in 5.3.1.2 of GB/T 28046.4-2011. During the test, perform the functional check in working mode B. After the test, let it stand for 2 hours to return to normal temperature. Perform a functional check in working mode B.
6.4.3.4.2 Rapid temperature changes with specified transition time
The DUT is tested in operating mode A2, within the range of Tmin ~ Tmax, in accordance with the method specified in 5.3.2.2 of GB/T 28046.4-2011. After the test, let it stand for 2 hours to return to normal temperature. Perform a functional check in working mode B.
6.4.3.5 Damp heat test
6.4.3.5.1 Damp heat cycle
The DUT is tested in working mode A2, according to the method specified in 5.6.2.2 of GB/T 28046.4-2011. During the test, perform the functional check in working mode B. After the test, let it stand for 2 hours to return to normal temperature. Perform a functional check in working mode B.
6.4.3.5.2 Temperature/humidity combined cycle
The DUT is tested in working mode A2, according to the method specified in 5.6.2.3 of GB/T 28046.4-2011. During the test, perform the functional check in working mode B. After the test, let it stand for 2 hours to return to normal temperature. Perform a functional check in working mode B.
6.4.3.5.3 Steady-state damp heat
The DUT installed inside the passenger compartment is tested in working mode A1, according to the installation position code (B) in Table 1 of GB/T 28046.5-2013, selecting reagents and exposure conditions, as well as the humidification method in Table 2 and the procedure in 4.8. After the test, perform a functional check in working mode B2.
The DUT installed outside the vehicle is tested in working mode A1, according to the installation location code (D) in Table 1 of GB/T 28046.5-2013, selecting reagents and exposure conditions, as well as the humidification method in Table 2 and the procedure in 4.8. After the test, perform a functional check in working mode B2.
6.4.6 Electromagnetic compatibility test
6.4.6.1 Electrical disturbance immunity test caused by electrostatic discharge 6.4.6.1.1 Electronic module is not powered on
The DUT is tested in working mode A1, in accordance with the test voltage requirements of Category 1 test severity level not less than L??? in Table C.1 and Table C.2 in Appendix C of GB/T 19951-2019, using the method specified in Chapter 9. After the test, perform a functional check in working mode B.
6.4.6.1.2 Electronic module is powered on
The DUT is tested in working mode B, in accordance with the test voltage requirements of Category 1 test severity level not less than L??? in Table C.1, Table C.2 and Table C.3 in Appendix C of GB/T 19951-2019, using the method specified in Chapter 8. 6.4.6.2 Immunity test for electrical disturbance caused by conduction and coupling 6.4.6.2.1 Conducted electrical transient immunity along power lines
The DUT is tested in operating mode B, according to the immunity test levels specified in Table 4 and the pulse 1, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b methods in GB/T 21437.2-2021. 6.4.6.2.2 Electrical transient immunity through capacitive coupling of conductors other than power lines
The DUT is tested in working mode B, in accordance with the requirements of CCC mode and grade III in Table B.1 and Table B.2, as well as the method of 4.5 in GB/T 21437.3-2021.
6.4.6.3 Immunity test to electromagnetic radiation
The DUT is tested in working mode B, in accordance with the electromagnetic anechoic chamber method and the immunity test intensity of the high current injection method specified in 4.7 of GB 34660-2017 and the method specified in 5.7 of GB 34660-2017. 6.4.6.4 Radio disturbance characteristic test
6.4.6.4.1 Conducted emissions
The DUT is tested in working mode B, according to the methods specified in 6.3 and 6.4 of GB/T 18655-2018.
6.4.6.4.2 Radiated emissions
The DUT is tested in working mode B, according to the method specified in 6.5 of GB/T 18655-2018.
6.4.7 High temperature durability test
The DUT installed in the passenger cabin in direct sunlight is tested in operating mode B at Tmax, for a duration of 1407 h. During the test, perform functional checks at 25%, 50%, 75% of the test duration. Perform functional checks after the test. See Appendix A for the calculation model of high temperature durability test.
Note: For systems using LCD screens (working environment temperature is -20 ??C ~ 70 ??C), the test is conducted in working mode B at 70 ??C. The duration of the high-temperature durability test is 2600 h (or determined by negotiation between the supplier and the buyer). 7 Inspection rules
7.1 Exit-factory inspection
The exit-factory inspection items of the system shall at least include appearance, structural inspection, functional inspection.
