4.2.3 Dust holding capacity
Under the rated air flow, the dust holding capacity of filters shall be as specified in Table 2 when the resistance of filters achieves the final resistance of blocking 3.5 kPa or the filtration efficiency of filters drops to the specified value.
Table 2 – Dust holding capacity
Filter element material Dust holding capacity/(g/L/min)
Filter paper or glass fibre > 0.03 Q
Iron wire cloth or sintered metal powder
NOTE.
1. Test dust is ISO 12103-A4.
4.2.4 Thermal resistance
4.2.4.1 High temperature resistance test
After high temperature resistance test at (80°C ± 3°C)/24 h, the coating of enclosure shall not crack, bubble or fall off; the paper filter element shall be free from burning, scorching, fracturing, scattering, etc.; filter material and adhesive, end cap and adhesive shall not break apart and fractures, cracks, breakages, etc. are not allowed. 4.2.4.2 Low temperature resistance test
After low temperature resistance test at (- 40°C ± 3°C)/24 h, the coating of enclosure shall not crack, bubble or fall off; the paper filter element shall be free from fracturing, scattering, etc.; filter material and adhesive, end cap and adhesive shall not break apart and fractures, cracks, breakages, etc. are not allowed.
Mount filters according to the formal installation method; no defects are allowed after vibration test based on the parameters of Clause 10 of QC/T 32-2006, such as fractures and deformations.
4.2.6 Internal cleanliness
where.
5.2.2 Low temperature resistance
Place a new filter into a low temperature test chamber for test at (- 40°C ± 3°C)/24 h; observe the changes of appearance after test.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Exit-factory inspection
6.1.1 Each filter shall pass the inspection of the quality inspection department according to 4.1 and be accompanied by a certificate of compliance before delivery. 6.1.2 Sampling scheme shall be as specified in GB/T 2828.1.
6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 In one of the following cases, carry out type inspection.
a) during the trial-production pattern evaluation of a new product;
b) when there is any significant change in structure, material and process during normal production, which may influence the performance;
d) when there is any significant difference between the results of exit-factory inspection and those of last type inspection;
e) when a national quality supervision body asks for type inspection.
6.2.2 Items of type inspection
The items are as specified in Clause 4.
7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Each filter shall be marked with.
a) emblem mark or trademark;
b) product type;
c) permanent mark;
d) instructions for use.
