indicators which have slight non-conformances;
b) General defects: The defects in the quantitative indicators that exceed 50% but are within 100% (inclusive) of the standard value; the defects in the qualitative indicators which have serious non-conformances; those
defects whose representation of model and sign fail to comply with the
provisions of national standard;
c) Severe defects: The defects in the quantitative indicators that exceed 100% (inclusive) of the standard value; the defects which fail to comply with the provisions of mandatory standards; the content of decomposed harmful
aromatic amine dyes and the free formaldehyde content exceeds the
standard; the hair loss is serious; it is severely discolored; it has serious dying defects and is greasy; it has serious odor; it is damaged, has ironing damage, serious large-area damage, cutting damage which exceeds 1/2
of the thickness; the adhesive lining part is seriously failed; the leather (double-face leather) surface has fracture, crack, pulp-loss; the finished product has broken thread of more than 15 mm; the zipper is damaged,
