1 Scope
This standard specifies the packaging classification, packaging material
requirements, packaging appearance requirements and test methods of
cosmetics.
This standard applies to cosmetic product packaging.
2 Normative references
The provisions in following documents become the provisions of this Standard
through reference in this Standard. For the dated references, the subsequent
amendments (excluding corrections) or revisions do not apply to this Standard;
however, parties who reach an agreement based on this Standard are
encouraged to study if the latest versions of these documents are applicable.
For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document applies.

3 Packaging classification
According to the packaging form and material variety of cosmetics, it is divided
into:
a) Bottles (including plastic bottles, glass bottles, etc.);
b) Cover (including outer cover, inner cover (plug, pad, film), etc.);
c) Bags (including paper bags, plastic bags, composite bags, etc.);
d) Hose (including plastic hose, composite hose, metal hose, etc.);
e) Box (including cartons, plastic boxes, metal boxes, etc.);
f) Spray cans (including pressure-resistant aluminum cans, iron cans, etc.);
5.3.1.2 The fitting between the inner cover and the outer cover shall be good.
5.3.1.3 The inner cover shall not be missed.
5.3.2 Outer cover
5.3.2.1 The outer cover shall be upright, smooth, free from break, crack, burr.
5.3.2.2 The color of the outer cover shall be uniform.
5.3.2.3 The thread matching structure of the outer cover shall be intact
5.3.2.4 The color of outer cover added with anodized aluminum or the gliding
outer cover shall be uniform.
5.3.2.5 The clamshell outer cover shall be flexible when opening and the
connecting part is not broken.
5.3.2.6 The fit between the cover and the bottle is tight, without thread slip or
loosening.
5.4 Bag
5.4.1 The bag shall not have obvious wrinkle, scratch, air bubble.
5.4.2 The color of the bag shall be uniform.
5.4.3 The sealing of the bag shall be firm. It shall not have opening, puncture,
liquid/paste leakage.
5.4.4 Composite bags shall be firm, and the plating shall be uniform.
5.5 Hose
5.5.1 The body of the hose shall be smooth, tidy, uniform in thickness, without
obvious scratches, uniform in color.
5.5.2 The sealing of hose shall be firm, upright; it shall not have opening or
winkle (except for the normal die indentation).
5.5.3 The cover of the hose shall meet the requirements of 5.3.
5.5.4 The composite membrane of the hose shall not float.
5.6 Boxes
5.6.1 The surface of the box shall be smooth, upright; there shall be no obvious
bottom scratches, burrs, serious flattening; the color shall be uniform.
5.11.1.2 The flower box shall be clean, upright, flat. The cover is well added;
there is no wrinkle, missing edge, missing corner.
5.11.1.3 The adhesion of the flower box shall be firm; there is no adhesion mark,
crack, or stickiness.
5.11.1.4 The product is free from wrong package, miss package, reversed
package.
5.11.2 Middle box
5.11.2.1 The middle box shall match the flower box package tightly.
5.11.2.2 The middle box shall be clean, upright, flat; the cover is well added.
5.11.2.3 The adhesion of the middle box shall be firm; there is no adhesion
mark, crack, or stickiness.
5.11.2.4 The product is free from wrong package, miss package, reversed
package.
5.11.2.5 The label of middle box shall be upright, clear, complete; indicated of
the product name, specification, quantity in box, manufacturer according to
needs.
5.11.3 Plastic sealing
5.11.3.1 The plastic sealing shall be firmly adhered and free from crack.
5.11.3.2 The surface of plastic sealing shall be clean and free from damage.
5.11.3.3 There are no wrong package, miss package, reversed package in the
plastic sealing.
5.11.4 Transport packaging
5.11.4.1 The transport packaging shall be clean, upright, smooth; the box
sealing shall be firm.
5.11.4.2 The product is free from wrong package, miss package, reversed
package.
5.11.4.3 The transportation packaging signs shall be clear, complete,
appropriate in position; be indicated of the product name, manufacturer and
address, net content, product quantity, whole box mass (gross weight), volume,
production date, warranty period or production batch number and limited date
of use according to needs. It should select the pictorial sign in GB/T 191
according to needs.
