Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements,
test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, and
storage of the pencil sharpener.
This standard applies to the pencil sharpeners which are used to sharpen the
ordinary wood holder pencil and the wood holder color pencil. The sharpener
