Scope

1.1 The allowable values of roughness of carbon steel of specified average carbon
content greater than or equal to 0.40%, and all alloy steels, shall be agreed by the
purchaser and the supplier.
1.2 Other dimensions, shapes, weight and tolerances of steel sheets and strips shall
be as specified in Q/BQB 301; tolerances for thickness shall be as specified in Table 3
of Q/BQB 301; the allowable values of roughness of carbon steel of specified average
carbon content less than 0.40% shall be as specified where the specification that the
specified minimum yield strength is greater than 300 MPa and not greater than 420
MPa.
1.3 If the purchaser has higher requirements for thickness accuracy, high accuracy
PT.C given in Table 4 of Q/BQB 301 can be selected during ordering, where the
minimum yield strength Re is not less than 360 MPa.
