This Standard specifies the dimensions, shapes, technical requirements, inspection and testing, packaging, marks and inspection documents of continuously hot-rolled high yield strength steel sheet and strip for cold forming. This Standard is applicable to continuously hot-rolled high yield strength steel sheet and strip for cold forming manufactured by Baoshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., as well as transversely cut steel sheet and the longitudinally cut steel strip, hereinafter referred to as steel sheet and strip.

Foreword
This Standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009 ?€?Directives for standardization - Part 1. Structure and drafting of standards?€?. This Standard was formulated based on EN 10149-2.2013, SEW 092.95, SAE
J1392.2008 and ISO 6930-1.2001 and the actual situation of Baoshan Iron and Steel.
This Standard replaces Q/BQB 311-2009.
Compared with Q/BQB 311-2009, the main changes are as follows.
- updated the version of normative references;
- modified Table A.1 of Annex A for a comparison table between this Standard and related standards on similar designations;
- other editorial modifications.

1 Scope
This Standard specifies the dimensions, shapes, technical requirements, inspection and testing, packaging, marks and inspection documents of
continuously hot-rolled high yield strength steel sheet and strip for cold forming. This Standard is applicable to continuously hot-rolled high yield strength steel sheet and strip for cold forming manufactured by Baoshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., as well as transversely cut steel sheet and the longitudinally cut steel strip, hereinafter referred to as steel sheet and strip.

4.2 Omission in the order contract
4.2.1 When surface treatment is not specified, the product shall be delivered in rolled surface.
4.2.2 For hot-rolled steel sheets and strips, when dimensional accuracy is not stated, the product is delivered in the normal thickness accuracy of Q/BQB 301. When the edge state is not specified, the steel strip shall be delivered in a non- cut state, and the steel sheet is delivered in a trimmed state.
4.2.3 For hot-rolled pickled steel sheets and strips, the product shall be delivered in Q/BQB 301 with higher thickness accuracy. When the edge state and surface quality level are not stated, whether they are oiled, the product shall be delivered in trimming state, higher surface and oiling. When the inner diameter of steel coil is not stated, the product shall be delivered in steel coil inner diameter of 610mm.
5 Dimensions, shapes, weight and allowable deviation
The dimensions, shapes, weight and allowable deviation of steel sheet and strip shall comply with Q/BQB 301.
6 Technical requirements
6.1 Designation and chemical composition
6.1.1 The designation and chemical composition of the steel (melting analysis) shall comply with the requirements of Table 2.
6.1.2 The allowable deviation of the chemical composition of the finished steel sheet and strip shall comply with GB/T 222.
6.2 Smelting method
The steel used for steel sheet and strip is aluminum killed steel smelted by oxygen converter.
the re-inspection results (including all indicators required by testing of this item) is unqualified, the re-inspection shall fail.
7.6.3 If the re-inspection fails, the single piece that has been tested and the test results are not acceptable cannot be accepted. However, a single piece of the batch that has not been tested may be resubmitted for testing and acceptance one by one.
8 Packaging, marks and inspection documents
The packaging, marks and inspection documents of steel sheet and strip shall comply with Q/BQB 300.
9 Numerical rounding rule
Numerical rounding rule shall comply with GB/T 8170.
