This Standard is drafted in accordance with the requirements and format of GB/T 1.1- 2009 Directives for Standardization - Part 1. Structure and Drafting of Standards. This Standard is drafted in accordance with the characteristics of products and techniques of this enterprise.

This Standard serves as a replacement of Q/BQB 262-2014. In comparison with Q/BQB 262-2014, there are several main changes as follows.

Introduction
This is an enterprise standard of Baoshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. This Standard is prepared with reference to API SPEC 5CT.2011 and in accordance with the practical situation, such as the characteristics of products and quality assurance of this enterprise.
This Standard is applicable to seamless tubing and casing that is applied under H2S- containing acid oil and gas environment in oil and gas exploitation in the petroleum and natural gas industry. Users of this Standard shall understand that on individual occasions of application, higher requirements or different requirements might be necessary. In terms of a certain specific order, it is the purchaser?€?s responsibility to determine these additional requirements in accordance with the expected purposes and design requirements. The formulation and release of this Standard shows no intention of restricting suppliers from supplying products for individual purposes or prohibiting purchasers from accepting other equipment or engineering proposals in any mode.
It is the steel tube user?€?s responsibility to select suitable materials for the expected service environment. When this Standard is adopted to select suitable materials in the H2S-containing environments in oil and gas production system, multiple factors that would affect the performance of materials shall be comprehensively considered. International standard ISO 15156 Petroleum and Natural Gas Industries - Materials for Use in H2S-containing Environments in Oil and Gas Production, or national standard GB/T 20972 Petroleum and Natural Gas Industries - Material for Use in H2S-containing Environments in Oil and Gas Production can be taken as a reference.

Tubing and Casing for H2S-containing Environment
1 Scope
This Standard specifies the technical delivery conditions of anti-corrosion tubing and casing for H2S-containing environment for Baoshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. This Standard is applicable to seamless tubing and casing (hereinafter referred to as tubing and casing) that is applied under H2S-containing acid oil and gas environment in oil and gas exploitation in the petroleum and natural gas industry.
In this Standard, steel grades of tubing and casing are. BG80S, BG80SS, BG90S, BG90SS, BG95S, BG95SS, BG110S, BG110SS, BG110TS and BG110TSS.
Tubing and casing that are stipulated in this Standard include three product specification levels (PSL1, PSL2 and PSL3).
2 Normative References
The following documents are indispensable to the application of this Standard. In terms of references with a specified date, only versions with a specified date are applicable to this Standard. The latest version (including all the modifications) of references without a specified date is also applicable to this Standard.
API SPEC 5CT.2011. Specification for Casing and Tubing
NACE TM0177-2016. Laboratory Testing of Metals for Resistance to Sulfide Stress Cracking and Stress Corrosion Cracking in H2S Environments
3 General Rules
Unless it is otherwise stipulated in this Standard, this Standard adopts corresponding stipulations of API SPEC 5CT.2011 standard steel grade provided in Table 1. Generally speaking, delivery shall comply with the requirements of PSL1 steel level in API SPEC 5CT.2011 in Table 1. When it is indicated in the contract that product specification level is PSL2 or PSL3, products can also be delivered in accordance with PSL2 or PSL3 in API SPEC 5CT.2011 in Table 1. However, the demand side and the supply side shall negotiate and indicate in the contract the specific requirements of selecting PSL2 or PSL3.

Products shall receive full-wall thickness hardness test. The average hardness value of every position of every quadrant and the allowable hardness variation within the same quadrant shall comply with the stipulation in Table 3.
7.4 Charpy V Gap Impact Test Requirements
Charpy V gap impact test shall be conducted on casing body and coupling blank. The test temperature shall be 0 ??C. The sampling orientation, dimension and lowest absorption requirement of all the steel grades shall comply with the stipulation in Table 4.
7.5 Sulfide Stress Corrosion Cracking Test Requirements
Products shall receive sulfide stress corrosion cracking test. This test shall adopt Method A or Method D in NACE TM0177-2016. When it is not indicated by the users, test method shall be selected by the supplier. in terms of casing body whose intensity level eigenvalue is steel grade 110, and corresponding coupling, Method D shall be given priority in sulfide stress corrosion cracking test. In terms of other products, Method A shall be given priority in sulfide stress corrosion cracking test. When the demand side and the supply side have disputes regarding the test result, the test result that is acquired through Method D shall be subject to, except from the circumstance when the dimension of steel tube is insufficient to prepare a sample in accordance with Method D.
When Method A is adopted, products shall satisfy the stipulation in Table 5. When Method D is adopted, at least the average value K1SSC of three valid samples and the unit value K1SSC of all the valid samples shall satisfy the stipulation in Table 6. Products manufactured with steel grades BG110TS and BG110TSS shall merely adopt Solution B.
In terms of products manufactured with steel grades BG80S/SS, BG90S/SS and BG95S/SS, if the supplier can guarantee that products are qualified in this test, this test shall be unnecessary. In terms of products manufactured with steel grades BG110S/SS and BG110TS/TSS, this test shall be unnecessary based on the consent from the demand side.
7.6 Special Requirements
In accordance with the demand side?€?s requirements, and the negotiation between the demand side and the supply side, tests on hardenability, surface hardness, hardness variation, grain size, anti-squeezing performance (merely applicable to steel grades requirement of P110 steel grade PSL1 level in API SPEC 5CT.2011. Coupling shall also receive magnetic particle inspection on the internal and external surface per PCS. Through the negotiation between the demand side and the supply side, and it shall be indicated in the contract, nondestructive inspection can also be conducted in accordance with the requirements of corresponding PSL2 steel level or PSL3 steel level in API SPEC 5CT.2011 (please refer to Table 1).
10.4 Full-wall Thickness Hardness Test
Full-wall thickness hardness test shall be conducted in four quadrants. The sampling location and quantity shall comply with the stipulation in Table 8. If any average hardness exceeds the stipulated maximum hardness, the hardness ring surface shall be re-grinded, till it is lower than the initial hardness indentation plane, then, conduct the inspection again. If the result of the re-inspection complies with the stipulated requirements, this batch of products shall be determined as qualified. The supply side can conduct thermal treatment again on products that are unqualified in the re- inspection and submit them for inspection and acceptance check as a new batch of products.
10.5 Other Inspection and Test Items, Sampling Quantity
Other inspection and test items, and sampling quantity shall comply with the stipulation in Table 9.
10.6 Test Method, Sampling Location, Test Result Evaluation and Re-
inspection Rule
Unless it is otherwise stipulated in this Standard, test method, sampling location, test result evaluation and re-inspection rule shall comply with the stipulation of corresponding steel grade (please refer to Table 1) in API SPEC 5CT.2011. Table 8
