3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions defined in GB/T 19596-2004 and GB/T 29317-2012 as well as the followings apply.
3.1 swappable battery pack
a battery pack that is installed on the bottom, side, or end of an electric vehicle, consists of a number of individual batteries or battery modules, housings, electronic control units, and related electrical and mechanical accessories, and enables rapid replacement
3.2 modularized battery pack cabin
a device that carries a certain number of battery packs, with thermal
management, communications, monitoring, using dedicated charging cable
and modular charging compartment for quick connection
3.3 modularized charging cabin
a device that has a certain number of built-in non-car chargers, with thermal management, communications, monitoring, using dedicated charging cable
and modular charging compartment for quick connection to complete the
charging the battery compartment in the modularized battery pack cabin
(hereinafter referred to as the charging cabin)
4 Basic composition
The battery pack cabin shall consist of a cabin body, a battery storage shelf, a lock mechanism, a guiding and positioning device, a battery pack connector socket, a local monitoring unit, electrical and mechanical accessories, etc. 5 General requirements
5.1 Conditions of use
5.1.1 Working environment
a) Temperature. -20°C ~ +50°C;
b) Relative Humidity. 5% ~ 95%;
c) Altitude.2000m and below;
d) There must be no dangerous medium for explosion in the place of use, and there is no harmful gas and conductive medium that is corrosive and destroys insulation around it;
e) When using the battery pack cabin under special circumstances, the user shall determine with the manufacturer.
NOTE When it is used at higher altitudes, consider the effects of reduced dielectric strength, device breaking capacity, and reduced air cooling effects.
5.5.3.2 Test voltage value
According to the sites listed in 5.5.3.1, the frequency withstand voltage test with frequency of 50Hz ± 5Hz shall be carried out for 1 min (DC voltage may also be used, and the test voltage shall be 1.4 times the effective value of AC voltage). Breakdown or flashover shall not occur, and the test voltage shall comply with the requirements of Table 2.
5.5.4 Grounding requirements
a) The metal shell shall be provided with a grounding bolt, the diameter shall not be less than 8mm, and there shall be a grounding mark;
b) The metal separators with insulated conductors, the metal housing of the electrical components, and metal handles shall be effectively grounded. The continuity resistance shall not exceed 0.1Ω;
c) Doors, covers, sheathings and similar parts shall be connected by a
protective conductor and a main frame. The cross-sectional area of the
protective conductor shall not be less than 2.5 mm2;
d) All connections to the ground bus and the battery pack cabin shall be clear of the spray paint or shall penetrate the insulation to ensure an effective electrical connection.
5.5.5 Electric shock protection
The electric shock protection of the battery pack cabin shall comply with the provisions in 8.4 of GB 7251.1-2013 and GB 7251.3-2006.
5.6 Noise
Under the normal working condition of the battery pack cabin, when the ambient noise is less than 40dB(A), the noise limit shall not exceed 65dB(A).
6 Marks, transport, storage
6.1 Marks
The product's marks shall be clear, distinct and solid, containing.
