This Standard specifies wheat germ’s (germ flakes, germ flour) quality standard,
inspection rules, test methods, packing marks and packaging, transportation and storage.
This Standard is applicable to processing, sales, distribution, storage and export of
commercial wheat germ (germ flakes, germ flour).
