1??Scope
This Standard specifies the classification, technical requirements and test methods of highway noise barriers materials.
This Standard applies to noise barriers materials to reduce traffic noise of various grades of highways.

Combustion property of plate-shaped acoustic materials shall meet the requirements of Class B of GB 8624.
5.2.6 Appearance
According to the project design requirements, for the metal material?€?s surface that needs color treatment, it may adopt polyester to perform powder coating. Coating layer performance shall meet the requirements of GB/T 18226.
5.3 Structural Materials
5.3.1 Construction
5.3.1.1 Metal supporting materials shall meet the requirements of GBJ 17. 5.3.1.2 Concrete columns shall meet the requirements of GB 50010.
5.3.2 Anti-corrosion performance
Requirements to anti-corrosion performance of metal structural materials are the same as 5.2.4.
5.3.3 Appearance
Appearance requirements are the same as 5.2.6.
6??Test??methods
6.1 Insulation index test shall be executed according to GBJ 75; noise reduction coefficient test shall be executed according to GBJ 47.
6.2 Deflection test of plate-shaped acoustic materials shall be executed according to Appendix A.
6.3 Strength performance test of block-shaped acoustic materials shall be executed according to GBJ 129.
6.4 Anti-corrosion coating layer performance test shall be executed according to GB/T 18226.
6.5 Fireproof performance test shall be executed according to GB 8624.
