This Rules applies to metrological supervision test and arbitration test on net quantity of products in prepackages with fixed content. It can be used as reference for the entrusting test. Organizations who produce and sell products in prepackages with fixed content can also conduct test in accordance with this Rules. The products in prepackages with fixed content to be tested shall be the products which have passed self-testing performed by the producers, or the products imported or distributed by the sellers.
