3.5 Electric heating performance
3.5.1 Opacity
The opacity of electric heating glass shall not exceed 3%, or meet the requirements of
the corresponding product technical conditions.
Take three products for testing. If all three products meet the above requirements, they
are qualified; otherwise, they are unqualified.
3.5.2 Welding strength of electric plug
The electric plug shall not fall off the product after a tensile force of 80 N or more in a
direction perpendicular to the glass surface is applied for 2 s.
Take three products for testing. If all three products meet the above requirements, they
are qualified; otherwise, they are unqualified.
3.5.3 Bending resistance of electric plug
The electric plug on the product shall not be damaged after 3 tests.
Take three electric plugs for testing. If all three electric plugs meet the above
requirements, they are qualified. Otherwise, they are unqualified.
3.5.4 Resistance to cleaning agents
After cleaning the electric heating glass with a cleaning agent, it shall not cause
functional disorders of the electric heating glass, such as: electric heating wire falling
off, electric heating element failure, etc.
Take three products for testing. If all three products meet the above requirements, they
are qualified; otherwise, they are unqualified.
3.5.5 Power
The power of the electric heating glass shall be 4.0 ~ 4.5 W/dm2 (voltage is DC 12 V)
or meet the requirements of the corresponding product technical conditions.

strength.
5.1.2 Type inspection
Inspection items include all technical requirements of the product specified in this
standard.
Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations:
a) Trial design identification of new products or old products after trans-plant
production;
b) After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials,
processes that may affect product performance;
c) When normal production has been in place for one year;
d) When the production is resumed after suspension of one year;
e) When the exit-factory inspection results are significantly different from the last
type inspection;
