The noise performance of the fan shall comply with the provisions of the product drawings or technical documents.
4.10 Reliable performance
4.10.1 Overspeed resistant reliability
In a normal temperature environment, after the fan is operated at 1.5 times the rated speed for 2min, no defects such as cracks or looseness, etc. shall appear in all parts. 4.10.2 Reliability of resistance to cold and heat alternating
After the fan undergoes the test for reliability of resistance to cold and heat alternating specified in 5.9.3:
a) The axial circular runout of the axial blades on the same side of the fan shall comply with the provisions of Table 5;
b) The radial extension of the outer edge of the fan shall not exceed 0.5% of its outer diameter;
c) The decrease in air volume shall be no greater than 8.0% of the fan air volume before the test;
d) There must be no defects such as cracks or looseness, etc. in all parts of the fan. 4.10.3 Reliability of resistance to low temperature
When the airflow temperature is -35°C±2°C, the fan runs continuously at the rated speed for 30min, and there shall be no defects such as cracks or looseness, etc. in all parts of the fan.
5 Inspection Methods
5.1 Physical and chemical properties of fan blade materials
5.1.1 Pretreatment of specimen
Various specimens of fan blade materials for inspection of physical and chemical properties shall be adjusted conditions for more than 12h at an ambient temperature of 23°C±2°C and a relative humidity of 40 ~60% in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 2918-1998.
5.1.2 Density
Perform according to the provisions of Method A in GB/T 1033.1-2008.
carried out with a position plug gauge.
5.3 Shape and position tolerance
5.3.1 The inspection for the position tolerance of the center circle of the fan bolt hole shall be carried out with a position plug gauge.
5.3.2 The inspection for the installation angle deviation of the fan blade shall be carried out by a Vernier angle ruler.
5.3.3 The inspection for the axial circular runout on the same side of the fan shall be inspected with a yaw checker.
5.4 Static balance
The inspection for the static balance of the fan shall be carried out on the balance test bench.
5.5 Appearance
The inspection for the appearance of the fan adopts visual inspection and hand feeling methods.
5.6 Metal accessories
5.6.1 The test for the electroplating layer thickness of the metal accessory of the fan shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 4956-2003. The test location shall be the large and flat area of the metal accessory. Take more than 5 points in the circumferential direction and take the average as the results.
5.6.2 The test for corrosion resistance of the electroplated layer of the metal accessories of the fan shall be carried out according to the neutral salt spray (NSS) test method specified in GB/T 10125-1997.
5.7 Aerodynamic performance
5.7.1 The test method for the aerodynamic performance of the fan adopts the air intake method specified in GB/T 1236-2000.
5.7.2 The test equipment adopts Type-C device (test pipeline on the inlet side). 5.7.3 The diameter of the test wind ring shall be 1.05 times of the outer diameter of the fan (take an integer); and the axial projection width of the fan blades shall be all within the test wind ring.
5.8 Noise performance
5.8.1 The test method for noise of the fan is carried out according to the provisions of 7.1.1 Each fan shall be marked with:
a) The name and trademark of the manufacturer;
b) Product model.
The mark shall be clear and permanent; the location of the mark shall be on the side of the non-installation plane; and the size and method shall comply with the provisions of the product drawings or technical documents.
7.1.2 The fan shall be accompanied by a certificate signed by the manufacturer’s quality department and the inspector. The certificate shall indicate:
