Foreword
JB/T 13910 Piler is divided into three parts:
-- Part 1: Types and basic parameter;
-- Part 2: Technical requirements;
-- Part 3: Accuracy.
This Part is Part 1 of JB/T 13910.
This Part was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This Part was proposed by China Machinery Industry Federation.
This Part shall be under the jurisdiction of National Technical Committee 220 on
Forging Machinery of Standardization Administration of China (SAC/TC 220).

Piler - Part 1: Types and basic parameter
1 Scope
This Part of JB/T 13910 specifies the types and basic parameters of the piler.
This Part applies to the piler on the uncoiling, leveling and shearing production line for
sheet metal; it also applies, as a reference, to other pilers.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions are applicable to this document.
2.1 Piler
A facility used for neatly collecting the uncoiled, leveled and sheared sheets.
2.2 Supporting frame
A device that prevents scratches on the surface of the sheet during the stacking process.
2.3 Supporting platform
A device for placing sheets during sheet stacking.
2.4 Side pushing
A device that pushes the sheets in the side direction (the width direction of the sheets)
during the stacking process of the sheets.
2.5 Longitudinal pushing
A device that pushes the sheets in the longitudinal direction (the length direction of the
sheets) during the stacking process of the sheets.
3 Types
The types of pilers are mainly divided into the following seven categories; various types
of functions can be combined arbitrarily according to user requirements:
a) Supporting frame-free and supporting platform-fixed piler: without supporting
frame, side pushing for lateral moving, longitudinal pushing for longitudinal
moving, fixed supporting platform. The structure is shown in Figure 1.
