Scope

This standard specifies the product categories, requirements, test methods, inspection
rules, marking, packaging, and storage of anticorrosive coatings for liquefied natural
gas (LNG) storage tanks.
This standard applies to protective and decorative coatings for fixed-type liquefied
natural gas storage tanks such as shore-based liquefied natural gas receiving terminal
