This standard specifies the melt viscosity test for hot-melt adhesive at 180 Celsius-degree. It may also negotiate to use other test temperature according to needs. According to different sample amount, this standard uses Brooke (Brookfield) type single cylinder rotary viscometer and sleeve rotary viscometer respectively to determine the melt viscosity of hot-melt adhesive. The maximum melt viscosity measured by this standard is 200.
