Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection
rules, marking and packaging, transport and storage of gypsum plasterboard.
This standard is applicable to the gypsum plasterboard which is used as the
unloaded interior wall AND ceiling in building; it is not applicable to the
gypsum plasterboard after secondary processing.
