Scope

This document describes the specimens, test equipment, test conditions, test methods, and test
reports for the following tests on aircraft tyres: dynamic performance, overpressure
performance, static load performance, weight measurement, peripheral dimension
measurement, tubeless tyre airtightness, tubed tyre bead seating pressure, cross-sectional
analysis and measurement, X-ray inspection, holographic inspection, laser digital non-
destructive inspection, static balance deviation, physical properties, bead high-temperature
resistance, and environmental adaptability.
This document is applicable to civil aircraft tyres (hereinafter referred to as the “tyres”).
