Foreword
This standard and ISO 6353-1. 1982 "Chemical analysis of reagent --- Part 1. General test method" non-equivalent.
This standard replaces GB/T 9741-1988 "Determination of residue on ignition of chemical reagents common approach" compared with the GB/T 9741-1988 Main
To change the following.
--- Adjust the firing temperature (1988 Edition Chapter 1, 3.3, this version of Chapter 1, 3.3);
--- Canceled Appendix A (1988 edition).
The standard proposed by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association.
This standard by the National Standardization Technical Committee Chemistry Chemicals Branch (SAC/TC63/SC3) centralized.
This standard was drafted. Shanghai Chemical Co., try four Hervey.
The main drafters of this standard. Jia Ling.
This standard was first published in 1988.
Chemical Reagents
General method for the determination of residue on ignition
1 Scope
This standard specifies the determination of residue on ignition by gravimetric method generic methods.
This standard applies to be able to sublimate or charring and residue on ignition net addition of chemical reagents body measured at 650 ℃ ± 50 ℃. By this standard
Quasi-measurement residue on ignition, according to the sample size and specifications of the calculated value of the resulting residue mass not less than 1mg.
2 principle of the method
The use of a volatile sample is formed between the body and the residue material to heat, differences in physical and chemical properties of oxygen and other aspects of stability,
The samples were low-temperature heating volatile, charring, burning temperature, the sample was completely separated from the main body and debris, said the quality of the available balance of the residue.
3 Instrument
3.1 General laboratory equipment.
3.2 crucible or evaporating dish. Depending on the nature of the sample, the choice of material of platinum, quartz, or ceramic.
3.3 high-temperature furnace. temperature can be maintained at 650 ℃ ± 50 ℃.
3.4 Analytical balance. Indexing is 0.1mg.
4 Determination
4.1 Determination Notice
Or charring when volatile sample, if the sample is large, can be divided into several times to join, adding sulfuric acid to the liquid sample, shall, before a volatile or charring
Once the addition was complete, the sample if it is organic, to avoid burning.
If the first sample of the Essential sulfuric acid will, cause difficulties carbonization operation can also be volatile in the body, added after charring.
4.2 solid samples
A predetermined amount of sample, has been placed at 650 ℃ ± 50 ℃ constant, regulations crucible or dish, slowly heated until the sample is completely volatilized
Or charring. Cooling, the residue was wetted with 0.5mL of sulfuric acid. Heating was continued to sulfuric acid vapor Yat do, burning in a high temperature oven 650 ℃ ± 50 ℃ in
To constant weight.
4.3 liquid sample
A predetermined amount of sample, placed in a crucible or dish is constant at 650 ℃ ± 50 ℃, makes provision was added 0.25mL of sulfuric acid, in a water bath
Or heating (Do not allow to boil) on a hot plate until the sample is completely volatilized or charring. On the electric heating was continued to sulfuric acid vapor Yat do, ± at 650 ℃
50 ℃ high temperature furnace to the constant burning.
4.4 do not have or can not be added to a sample of sulfuric acid
A predetermined amount of sample, has been placed at 650 ℃ ± 50 ℃ constant, regulations crucible or dish, slowly heated until the sample is completely volatilized
Or charring. Burning to constant at 650 ℃ ± 50 ℃ high temperature furnace.
5 Calculation
Residue on ignition general Sulfate (except in special circumstances). Burning residue mass fraction, expressed in%, according to equation (1) or formula
(2) Calculated.
