Scope

This part specifies an undyed polyester adjacent fabric suitable for use in
assessing staining in color fastness tests. The staining characteristics of the
polyester adjacent fabric to be tested shall be compared with the standard
polyester adjacent fabric for evaluation, which shall be carried out by a piece of
polyester stained reference fabric. All the reference fabrics shall be obtained
from the prescribed supply.
