Scope

This part specifies the specifications and requirements for the unstained
polyamide standard adjacent fabric suitable for use in assessing staining in
color fastness tests.
The staining characteristics of the polyester adjacent fabric to be tested shall,
together with the polyamide reference adjacent fabric, be determined by
comparing with polyamide-stained reference fabric. Both reference fabrics shall
be obtained from the prescribed supply.
