This part specifies an undyed wool adjacent fabric suitable for use in assessing staining in color fastness tests. The staining characteristics of the wool adjacent fabric to be tested shall be compared with the standard wool adjacent fabric for evaluation, which shall be carried out by two pieces of wool-stained and one piece of cotton-stained reference fabric. All the reference fabrics shall be obtained from the prescribed supply.
