1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation, storage, quality certificate and purchase order (or contract) content of carbonyl nickel powder.

3 Requirements
3.1 Designations
Carbonyl nickel powder is divided into six designations, according to physical properties: FNiT04, FNiT06, FNiT09, FNiT11, FNiT24, FNiT35. In which, FNiT represents carbonyl nickel powder; the numbers represent different bulk density ranges. 3.2 Chemical composition
The chemical composition of carbonyl nickel powder shall meet the requirements in Table 1.

4.5 Determination of bulk density of carbonyl nickel powder shall be carried out, according to the provisions of GB/T 5061.
4.6 The sieving particle size of carbonyl nickel powder is sieved, by a sieve of corresponding precision.
4.7 The appearance quality of carbonyl nickel powder is inspected visually. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Inspection and acceptance
5.1.1 The product shall be inspected by the supplier, to ensure that the product complies with the provisions of this standard or the purchase order (or contract); meanwhile fill in the quality certificate.
5.1.2 The purchaser inspects the received products, according to the methods stipulated in this standard or the purchase order (or contract). If the inspection results are inconsistent with this standard or the purchase order (or contract), it shall be proposed to the supplier, within 15 days after receiving the product, to be settled through negotiation between the supplier and purchaser. If arbitration is needed, the arbitration sampling shall be carried out, jointly by the supplier and purchaser.
5.2 Group-batching
Products shall be submitted for acceptance in batches. Each batch shall be composed of products, which are produced by the same process and of the same designation; the mass of each batch shall not exceed 10 tons.
5.3 Inspection items and sampling
The inspection items and sampling of each batch of products shall comply with the provisions in Table 3.
5.4 Judgment of test results
5.4.1 If the chemical composition of carbonyl nickel powder is unqualified, this batch of products is judged unqualified.
5.4.2 If the Fischer particle size and bulk density of carbonyl nickel powder are unqualified, this batch of products is judged to be unqualified.
5.4.3 If the sieving particle size of carbonyl nickel powder is unqualified, the product in this barrel is judged to be unqualified.
5.4.4 If the appearance quality of carbonyl nickel powder is unqualified, the product in this barrel is judged to be unqualified.
6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage, quality
certificate
6.1 Marking
The outer packaging of each barrel of product shall indicate:
a) The name and contact information of the supplier;
b) Product name and designation;
c) Batch number;
d) Net weight;
e) The date of packing;
f) The number of this standard.
6.2 Packaging
Carbonyl nickel powder is packaged in a thick plastic bag with sealed packaging; the outer package is iron drum. The net weight of carbonyl nickel powder packaging is divided into four specifications: 10 kg, 20 kg, 50 kg, 100 kg; it can also be packaged, according to the requirements of the buyer.
6.3 Transport and storage
When transporting carbonyl nickel powder, it shall be handled with care and shall not be bumped, rolled or inverted. Carbonyl nickel powder shall be stored in a dry, non- corrosive atmosphere to prevent moisture.
6.4 Quality certificate
