This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB/T 5780-2000 "hex head bolts C class", compared with the GB/T 5780-2000, the main technical change
as follows.
--- Delete "For other technical requirements, GB/T 3098.1 and GB/T 3103.1) Select." (Chapter 1 of the 2000 edition);
--- Reference standard unified thread GB/T 193, GB/T 9145 (Chapter 2);
--- Deleted by selecting the manufacturer to allow the manufacture of pocket type (Fig. 1);
--- Delete 3.6 (Table 3);
--- Increase in non-electrolytic zinc flake coating technology required by the GB/T 5267.2 (Table 3).
This standard uses redrafted law revision using ISO 4016.2011 "hex head bolts - Product grade C" (in English).
This standard and ISO 4016.2011 technical differences and their reasons are as follows.
--- Delete ISO 4016 stipulated "For other technical requirements, ISO 965-1 and ISO 4759-1 in the selection." (Chapter 1),
Not part of this standard;
--- Normative reference document, instead of using our standards with international standards (Chapter 2), increase the reference GB/T 90.2 (Table 3), GB/T 193
(Table 3), GB/T 9145 (Table 3) and GB/T 1237 (5.1), the deletion of ISO 724, ISO 965-1 references to conform to our country
Fasteners basic standards;
--- Increase in packaging technology requirements (Table 3), to meet our basic standard fasteners;
--- Modify tag example is a simplified markup example (5.2), to comply with the provisions of GB/T 1237's.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the type size C grade hex head bolt, technical conditions and marking.
This standard applies to thread sizes of M5 ~ M64, property class 4.6 and 4.8, product grade C grade hex head bolts.
