Preface
This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard instead of GB/T 4879-1999 "rust-proof packaging", in addition to editorial changes, compared with GB/T 4879-1999 main technology
The changes are as follows.
- a re-description of Chapter 1 "scope";
--- Removed Chapter 3 "Terminology";
--- will be a package of rust-proof period of "3 to 5 years" modified to "2 years"; 2 package rust-proof period "2 to 3 years" modified to
"1 year"; the three-stage packaging rust-proof period "within 2 years" modified to "0.5 years" (see 3.2);
- a description of the special packaging rust rating (see 3.2);
- the provisions on rust-proof materials were deleted (see 5.2.1, 5.2.2 in.1999);
- merge "environmental requirements" (see 5.3 of.1999 edition) and "general requirements" (see Chapter 4);
- the deletion of the "sign" (see Chapter 8 of the.1999 edition);
- combine B3 and B5 in Table A.4 in Appendix A, B4 and B9, and make appropriate modifications;
--- modified part of Appendix A "A.4 Package".

3 rust proof packaging level
3.1 should be based on the nature of the product, circulation conditions, rust and other factors to consider the combination of rust to determine the level of anti-rust packaging.
3.2 rust-proof packaging level is generally divided into 1, 2, 3, see Table 1. Anti-rust packaging with special requirements, according to special requirements.
Table 1 rust proof packaging level
grade
condition
Rust - proof temperature, humidity product nature
1 class 2 years temperature greater than 30 ℃, relative humidity greater than 90%
Easy to rust products, as well as valuable, sophisticated can be
Rusty products
Level 2 packaging for 1 year
Temperature between 20 ℃ ~ 30 ℃, relative humidity
Between 70% and 90%
More easy to rust products, and more expensive, more refined
Dense rusty products
3-level packaging 0.5 years temperature is less than 20 ℃, relative humidity less than 70% is not easy to rust products
Note 1. When the rust-proof packaging factor can not meet the requirements of the table at the same time, should be in accordance with the three conditions of the most severe conditions to determine the rust-proof packaging
level. But also in accordance with the nature of the product, rust-proof period, temperature and humidity conditions in the order to consider, to determine the rust-proof packaging level.
Note 2. For special requirements of rust-proof packaging, mainly moisture requirements of higher packaging, should adopt more stringent moisture-proof measures.
4 General requirements
4.1 to determine the rust-proof packaging level. And according to the level of packaging requirements, in the rust-proof period to protect the product does not produce corrosion.
4.2 anti-rust packaging operation should be continuous, if the interrupt should take a temporary anti-rust treatment.
4.3 rust-proof packaging process should avoid hand sweat and other pollutants pollution products.
4.4 products to be anti-rust treatment, such as in a hot state, in order to avoid rust loss or decomposition of the rust, should be cooled to near room temperature
And then processed.
4.5 coated with rust inhibitor products, if you need to wrap the packaging material, should use the neutral, dry and clean packaging materials.
4.6 anti-rust products with rust-proof products, in the unsealed use, the general should remove the rust inhibitor. Products in the coating or removal of rust inhibitor will affect the production
Product performance, should not use rust inhibitor.
4.7 anti-rust packaging operations should be clean, dry, small temperature changes in the environment.
5 Material requirements
5.1 anti-rust materials used in the product, its quality should meet the relevant standards.
5.2 Desiccants Generally use mineral desiccants. Mineral desiccant should be in accordance with BB/T 0049.
5.3 VCI packaging materials shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 14188.
5.4 protective packaging materials should be consistent with the relevant provisions of GB/T 12339.
5.5 Anticorrosive Packaging Materials In addition to the relevant tests, the compatibility test shall be in accordance with GB/T 16265, contact corrosion test should be
GB/T 16266 requirements, gas phase corrosion resistance test should be GB/T 16267 requirements.
5.6 If necessary, use a humidity indicator, humidity indicator or humidity indicator, and should be as far away as possible from the desiccant. The humidity indicator card should be in place
The relevant provisions of GJB2494.
6 rust proof packaging method
6.1 Products should be based on the following conditions to determine the anti-rust packaging method.
A) the characteristics of the product and the degree of surface processing;
B) the duration of transport and storage;
C) environmental conditions for transport and storage;
D) the degree of load the product is subjected to during the circulation;
E) rustproof packaging grade.
6.2 rust-proof packaging is divided into cleaning, drying, rust and packaging four steps.
A) clean. Should remove the product surface dust, grease residue, perspiration and other foreign body. One or more of the methods of A.1 may be used
To clean.
B) dry. The metal surface of the product should be dried immediately after cleaning. Drying may be carried out using one or more of A.2.
C) rust. The metal surface of the product after cleaning, drying, according to the need for rust treatment, you can choose one or more A.3
Methods combined with anti-rust.
D) Packing. The metal surface of the product is subjected to cleaning, drying, and anti-rust treatment. Packaging can be used as a kind of A.4 or
A variety of methods combined, can also be used with GB/T 5048 moisture-proof packaging method for anti-rust packaging.
7 Test method
7.1 Antirust packaging is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Cycle Test Exposure A in GJB145A-1993. Class 1 packaging can choose 3 cycles of exposure test
Test, two packages can choose two cycles of exposure test, three packages can choose a cycle exposure test.
7.2 After the periodic exposure test, unsealed to check whether the product and the selected material are free of corrosion, aging, rupture or other abnormalities.
