Scope

This Document specifies the classification, equipment composition, operating conditions,
functional requirements, safety requirements, and performance requirements of electric vehicle
intelligent bi-directional equipment; and describes the corresponding test methods.
This Document applies to intelligent bi-directional power supply equipment (hereinafter
referred to as "bi-directional power supply equipment") between electric vehicles and the power
grid, where the rated voltage on the grid side does not exceed 1000 V AC or 1500 V DC; and
the maximum rated voltage on the electric vehicle side does not exceed 1000 V AC or 1500 V
DC.
This Document applies to DC bi-directional power supply equipment permanently connected
to the power grid side using charging mode 4 as specified in GB/T18487.1-2023, and AC bi-
directional power supply equipment using charging mode 3 and connection method C.
This Document applies only to grid-connected bi-directional power supply equipment.
This Document does not apply to bi-directional power supply equipment connected to an
isolated grid.
