This document is applicable to the inspection and appraisal of non-motor vehicle braking systems in road traffic accidents. The inspection and appraisal of the braking systems of vehicles with three wheels (inclusive) or less and four-wheeled wheelchairs involved in the case that are not legally registered and cannot be clearly identified as motor vehicles or non-motor vehicles shall be implemented accordingly.
