This Document describes a method for the determination of calcium, copper, iron, potassium, magnesium, manganese, sodium, nickel and zinc in cobalt powders by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. This Document is applicable to the determination of calcium, copper, iron, potassium, magnesium, manganese, sodium, nickel and zinc content in cobalt powder. The determination range (mass fraction) of copper, potassium, magnesium, manganese, sodium and zinc: 0.001%~0.01%; the determination range (mass fraction) of calcium: 0.002%~0.01%; and the determination range (mass fraction) of iron and nickel :0.002%~0.05%.
