This document is applicable to electrochemical energy storage stations ¨C with a power of 500 kW and an energy of 500 kW¡¤h and above ¨C that use lithium ion batteries, lead-carbon batteries, flow batteries, and fuel cells as energy storage carriers. It also applies as a reference to other electrochemical energy storage stations.
