Scope
This Standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, designations, appearance and defects, dimensions and tolerances, shape and position tolerances,
surface roughness, primary magnetic properties and temperature properties of rare earth
cobalt permanent magnet materials and their test methods. At the same time, this
Standard gives the typical values of some electromagnetic properties and some
mechanical and physical properties. This Standard also specifies the inspection rules,
marking, packaging, transportation and storage of materials.
This Standard applies to permanent magnetic material of rare earth cobalt.
