energy storage system
This Standard specifies the principles and technical requirements that shall be followed in the energy interaction, information interaction, and business interaction between energy internet and energy storage system.
This Standard applies to the interaction between energy internet and energy storage system.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply. 3.1 energy internet; EI
the open energy interconnection that takes electric energy as the core, integrates heat, cooling, gas and other energy sources, comprehensively utilizes internet and other technologies, deeply integrates energy systems and information communication systems, and coordinates the production, transmission, distribution, storage, conversion, consumption and transaction of multiple energy sources, with high efficiency, clean, low carbon, safe features

3.2 energy storage system
a system that consists of energy conversion, storage devices, and control and management equipment
4.2.5 The parties involved in the energy internet transaction can include energy producers, energy consumers, and energy production and sales. It can also be an energy sales company or aggregator entrusted by it. The energy supplier is responsible for the quality of energy supply.
5 Energy interaction
5.1 Energy interaction between electric energy storage and energy internet 5.1.1 Power regulation requirements
Electric energy storage shall have active power control, reactive power regulation and power factor regulation capabilities and meet system functional requirements. The electric energy storage connected to the public grid shall have both local and remote reactive power control and voltage regulation functions.
5.1.2 Energy storage converter requirements
Under rated operating conditions, the rectification efficiency and inverter efficiency of the energy storage converter shall be not less than 94%. The standby loss of the energy storage converter shall not exceed 0.5% of the rated power. The no-load loss shall not exceed 0.8% of rated power.
NOTE: Isolation transformer losses are not included when calculating the above efficiencies. 5.1.3 Requirements for dynamic response characteristics of energy storage For electric energy storage connected to the public power grid with a voltage level of 10(6)kV and above, the dynamic response characteristics shall meet the following requirements:
a) The charge/discharge response time of the power control of the energy storage system is not more than 2s. The charge/discharge adjustment time is not more than 3s. The charge to discharge conversion time, discharge to charge conversion time is not more than 2s;
b) After the adjustment time, the deviation between the actual output curve of the system and the dispatch instruction or planned curve is not more than ±2% of the rated power.
5.1.4 Exception response request
When the voltage and frequency of the electrochemical energy storage system connected to the public connection point are abnormal, it shall be able to operate in the way specified in GB/T 34120.
5.1.5 Requirements for electrical power quality
The electric energy storage participating in the energy interaction of the energy internet shall meet the following voltage quality requirements:
a) The harmonic voltage of the energy storage system connected to the public connection point shall meet the requirements of GB/T 14549. The inter harmonic voltage shall meet the requirements of GB/T 24337;
b) The voltage deviation of the energy storage system connected to the public connection point shall meet the requirements of GB/T 12325;
c) The voltage fluctuation and flicker value of the energy storage system connected to the public connection point shall meet the requirements of GB/T 12326; d) The voltage unbalance of the energy storage system connected to the public connection point shall meet the requirements of GB/T 15543;
e) The energy storage system connected to the public power grid through the voltage level of 10(6)kV and above shall be equipped with a power quality monitoring device that meets the requirements of GB/T 19862. When the power quality indicators of the energy storage system do not meet the requirements, power quality management equipment shall be installed.
5.1.6 Energy interaction interface requirements
The electric energy storage participating in the energy interaction of the energy internet shall meet the following requirements for the energy interaction interface: a) At the access point of the energy storage system, use easy-to-operate, latchable circuit breakers with manual and automatic operation. At the same time, install isolating switches with visual breakpoints;
b) The interface device of the energy storage system shall meet the withstand voltage level of the electrical equipment of the corresponding voltage level;
c) The interface device of the energy storage system shall be able to resist the type and level of electromagnetic interference specified in the following standards: - The severity level specified in GB/T 17626.4 is level 4 fast burst interference; - The severity level specified in GB/T 17626.2 is level 4 electrostatic discharge disturbance;
- The severity level specified in GB/T 17626.3 is level 3 radio frequency electromagnetic field interference.
22.214.171.124 The electric energy storage system can receive and execute the instructions of the energy internet interactive platform. The instruction information includes but is not limited to: start and stop of the energy storage system, power adjustment of the energy storage system, and application strategy of the energy storage system.
6.2.2 Operation information of other types of energy storage
126.96.36.199 The information to be provided by the thermal storage device connected to the energy internet includes: energy consumption, power consumption and heat production of heating equipment such as combined cooling, heating and power, electric heat pumps and boilers; heat storage equipment temperature and heat storage; heat consumption of various heat loads; pressure, flow rate, flow rate of the heating pipeline as well as the operating parameters and operating conditions of the heating equipment. The energy internet can adjust the amount of heat generation and peak regulation for the interactive heating system.
188.8.131.52 The information to be provided by the cold storage device connected to the Energy internet includes: sum of electrical power, power consumption, and cooling capacity of equipment that consumes electrical energy for cooling, such as electric refrigeration; heat consumption and cooling capacity of absorption refrigeration equipment; power consumption and cooling capacity of cold storage equipment; cooling consumption of various cooling loads; pressure, flow rate, flow rate of the cooling pipeline as well as the operating parameters and operating conditions of the cooling equipment.
184.108.40.206 The information to be provided by the gas storage system connected to the Energy internet includes: total gas supply volume of the gas system and the gas supply volume of the on-demand graded metering; air supply and power consumption of compressed air system; pressure, flow rate and flow of the gas supply pipeline, as well as the operating parameters and operating conditions of the gas supply equipment. 6.2.3 Operation and maintenance information
The interactive operation and maintenance information between the energy storage system and the energy internet generally includes but is not limited to: equipment operation and online monitoring real-time data, operation and maintenance plan, operation and maintenance work order, equipment account information, equipment abnormal information, equipment defect information, fault elimination record, data record analysis and status assessment.
6.3 Transaction information
6.3.1 The energy storage system transaction information based on the energy internet platform shall include: basic information of parties involved in energy transactions in the energy storage system, active/reactive power information, information on application scenarios such as demand-side response and FM ancillary services, statistics of unit price and total price of each transaction item.
6.3.2 Transaction rules and macro transaction information shall be queried on the energy internet platform. The newly added rules and terms can be sent to the relevant parties of the energy transaction by means of information push.
6.4 Information communication
6.4.1 The communication technology of energy storage system and energy internet shall meet the following requirements:
a) The energy storage system and the energy internet interactive platform shall use twisted pair, optical fiber Ethernet, wireless and so on to support the interconnection. The communication protocol shall adopt GB/T 18657.5, IEC 61850 (all parts) standards and other protocols. Information exchange between components shall comply with protocols such as IEC 61968 (all parts);
b) The energy storage system shall be able to network flexibly in the energy internet. It shall be compatible with various Internet communication protocols such as Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP), Message Queuing Telemetry Transport Protocol (MQTT), Constrained Application Protocol (CoAP);
c) The time synchronization, data collection, storage, calculation and analysis of information interaction shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 36270; d) The real-time nature of information exchange shall comply with the relevant provisions in GB/T 36274;
e) The anti-mistake blocking function of information exchange shall comply with the relevant provisions in GB/T 36270. The rationality inspection of data information shall comply with the relevant regulations in GB/T 31366 and GB/T 36270;
f) The interactive specification of energy and energy parameters such as cooling, heating, gas, and fuel oil shall comply with the relevant provisions of national standards such as GB 17167, GB/T 29873, GB/T 36674, and GB/T 36713.
6.4.2 The information security of energy storage system and energy internet shall meet the following technical requirements:
a) The security of user data shall be guaranteed during the storage, transmission and processing of information interaction. Prevent it from being stolen, modified, destroyed or deleted by unauthorized users, and shall comply with the relevant provisions in GB/T 20270;
b) The security requirements and security technical measures for the security protection level of information interaction shall comply with the relevant
