6.4 Appearance quality requirements
6.4.1 Classification of appearance defects
If a single product does not meet the technical requirements specified in this Document, it
constitutes a defect.
According to the degree of non-compliance of the product with the requirements of this
Document and the degree of impact on the product's wearing performance and appearance,
defects are divided into three categories:
a) Severe defects
Defects that seriously reduce the product's wearing performance and seriously affect the
product's appearance are called severe defects.
b) Serious defects
Defects that do not seriously reduce the product's wearing performance and do not
seriously affect the product's appearance, but are more seriously inconsistent with the
provisions of the standard, are called severe defects.
c) Minor defects
Defects that do not meet the provisions of the standard but have a minor impact on the
product's wearing performance and appearance are called minor defects.
6.4.2 Requirements for determining appearance quality defects

7.2.5 Decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes
It shall be implemented according to the provisions of GB/T 17592.
7.2.6 Nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (NPnEO)
Take representative samples and mix well. Weigh 0.5g of the sample from the mixed sample,
accurate to 0.01g. Place it in a 250mL stoppered conical flask; add 80mL of methanol (HPLC
grade); extract at (70±2)℃ with ultrasound (working frequency 40kHz) for (60±5)min.
Concentrate the extract to near dryness at below 40℃ with a rotary evaporator; accurately add
2mL of methanol (HPLC grade) to dissolve the residue. Pass through a 0.22μm organic filter
membrane; and then provide liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. Determine according
to the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) method described in 6.2.1 of GB/T
23322-2018.
7.2.7 Perfluorooctane sulfonyl compounds (PFOS) and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA)
It shall be implemented according to the provisions of GB/T 31126.
7.2.8 Water washing size change rate
Take 3 specimens from the sample and test according to the provisions of GB/T 8630. Washing
is carried out according to the provisions of the 4N program of type A washing machine in
GB/T 8629-2017. The detergent is "standard detergent 3" and the drying program is A-hanging
drying. The arithmetic mean of the three specimens is used as the test result. If there are
shrinkage and elongation test results at the same time, the arithmetic mean of the two shrinkage
(or elongation) specimens is used as the test result. The final result is rounded off according to
GB/T 8170 to one digit after the decimal point.
7.2.9 Down penetrating value
It shall be implemented according to the provisions of Appendix D of GB/T 14272-2021.

number of single products in the sampling sample.
Single (sample)
Superior products: the number of severe defects is equal to 0; the number of serious defects is
equal to 0; and the number of minor defects is less than or equal to 4;
First-class products: the number of severe defects is equal to 0; the number of serious defects
is equal to 0; the number of minor defects is less than or equal to 7. Or the number of severe
defects is equal to 0; the number of serious defects is equal to 1; and the number of minor
defects is less than or equal to 3;
Qualified products: the number of severe defects is equal to 0; the number of serious defects is
equal to 0; the number of minor defects is less than or equal to 8. Or the number of severe
defects is equal to 0; the number of serious defects is equal to 1; and the number of minor
defects is less than or equal to 6.
Batch (sample)
Superior product batch: the number of superior products in the appearance sample is greater
than or equal to 90%; and the number of first-class products and qualified products is less than
or equal to 10% (excluding unqualified products).
First-class product batch: the number of products above first-class products in the appearance
sample is greater than or equal to 90%; and the number of qualified products is less than or
equal to 10% (excluding unqualified products).
Qualified product batch: the number of products above qualified products in the appearance
sample is greater than or equal to 90%; and the number of unqualified products is less than or
equal to 10% (excluding unqualified products with severe defects).
8.3 Comprehensive judgment
If the judgments in 8.1 and 8.2 are both qualified, then the batch of products is qualified.
