1 Scope
This document specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage and quality of aluminum-based composite wafers

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Cladlayer
In addition to aluminum and aluminum alloy substrates in aluminum-based composite wafers, other single-layer metals.
3.2
Cladratio
The metal thickness of the cladding layer (3.1) accounts for the percentage of the total thickness of the aluminum-based composite wafer (3.3).
3.3
A round sheet made of two or more metal materials (aluminum and aluminum alloy as the base) after rolling compound or explosive compound.
4 Product Classification
4.1 Brand, food contact layer, coating rate and size specifications
The composite wafer is divided into three types. multi-layer (steel/multi-layer aluminum/steel), three-layer (steel/aluminum/steel), and two-layer (steel/aluminum) according to the number of layers.
Contact layer, coverage rate and size specifications are shown in Table 1.The buyer's opinion on the number of layers, grades, food contact layer, coverage, size specifications, aluminum and aluminum alloy status
When there are special requirements, they shall be determined through negotiation between the supplier and the buyer and indicated in the order form (or contract).
4.2 Marking
The marking of the composite disc is based on the product name, the serial number of this document number, the brand, the state of aluminum and aluminum alloy, the food contact layer, and the size specification

5 requirements
5.1 Chemical composition
5.1.1 When the coating layer is Q195, its chemical composition should meet the requirements of GB/T 700; the coating layer is 10Cr17, 06Cr19Ni10,
When 022Cr18Ti, its chemical composition should meet the requirements of GB/T 20878.
5.1.2 The chemical composition of the aluminum base layer should meet the requirements of GB/T 3190.
5.4 Tensile mechanical properties at room temperature
The tensile mechanical properties at room temperature should meet the requirements of Table 6.
5.5 Peel strength between layers
The peel strength between layers should not be less than 15N/mm. When the buyer has special requirements, it shall be negotiated and determined by both the supplier and the buyer.

5.6 Thermal cycle performance
No delamination and visible cracks are allowed.
5.7 Cupping performance
The cupping performance should meet the requirements of Table 7.
5.8 Appearance quality
5.8.1 The edges are allowed to have burrs that do not detach from being gently pressed down with the thumb. The deviation of the burrs should meet the requirements of Table 8.
5.8.2 The surface is not allowed to have defects such as cracks, bubbles, through-holes, and corrosion.
5.8.3 The surface of the non-food contact surface is allowed to have slight scratches, pitting and other defects that do not affect the use.
5.8.4 It is not allowed to peel off the coating and partially uncoated.
6 Test method
6.1 Chemical composition
6.1.1 The analysis method of the chemical composition of the coating is carried out according to the method specified in GB/T 223 (all parts).
6.1.2 The chemical composition analysis method of the aluminum base layer shall be carried out according to the method specified in GB/T 20975 (all parts) or GB/T 7999.Arbitration points

6.2 Dimensional deviation
6.2.1 Size rounding
The measurement value of the size is not allowed to be revised, and the method of determining the limit value should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 8170.
6.2.2 Thickness
Use a micrometer with an accuracy of 0.01mm and above (or a measuring tool with the same accuracy) for measurement.
6.2.3 Diameter
Measure with a steel tape with an accuracy of 0.1mm or a tool with corresponding accuracy.
6.2.4 Unevenness
6.2.4.1 Total unevenness
Take the entire composite disc and measure its diameter with a tool with a resolution of 1mm. Then put it freely on the platform, press GB/T 3880.3
The wave height is measured with a feeler gauge with a resolution of 0.1mm, and the ratio of the wave height to the diameter is the total unevenness of the composite disc.
6.2.4.2 Local unevenness
For a composite disc with a diameter of not less than 300mm, take the entire composite disc and place it on the platform freely, according to GB/T 3880.3 regulations
Determine the method, use a tool with a resolution of 1mm to measure any chord length, and use a feeler gauge with a resolution of 0.1mm to measure the corresponding wave height.
The ratio of the chord length is the local unevenness of the composite disc.
6.3 Coverage rate

6.4 Tensile mechanical properties at room temperature
Carry out according to the method specified in GB/T 16865.
6.5 Peel strength between layers

6.6 Thermal cycle performance
Place the composite disc in a 420℃±5℃ holding furnace for 60 minutes, then quickly transfer it to room temperature water and place it for 5 minutes, which is counted as 1

6.7 Cupping performance

6.8 Appearance quality

7 Inspection rules
7.1 Inspection and acceptance

7.4 Inspection items
7.4.1 Each batch of composite wafers shall be subject to chemical composition, dimensional deviation, coverage rate, tensile mechanical properties at room temperature, interlayer peeling strength, and cupping properties.

7.4.2 The cooling and heating cycle performance should be guaranteed by the supplier’s process. When the buyer requires the performance of the cooling and heating cycle to be tested, the inspection should be negotiated between the supplier and the buyer.
The frequency of inspection shall be indicated in the purchase order (or contract).
7.5 Sampling
Sampling should meet the requirements of Table 9.
7.6 Judgment of inspection results
7.6.1 When the chemical composition of any sample is unqualified, the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified.
7.6.2 When the dimensional deviation of any product is unqualified, the batch of products shall be deemed unqualified. Upon agreement between the supplier and the buyer, inspection is allowed piece by piece, qualified

7.6.3 When the coverage rate of any sample is unqualified, when the product can distinguish the master tape, the master tape represented by the sample is judged to be unqualified, and the other master tapes are inspected once.

8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificate
8.1 Logo
8.1.1 Product mark
8.1.1.1 A mark (or label) shall be printed on the top wafer of the stack of wafers that have passed the inspection.

f) Product batch number;
g) Net weight;

8.1.1.2 The food contact layer of the composite disc shall be marked (such as scribed).
8.1.2 Packing box mark
The packaging box mark of the product should meet the requirements of GB/T 3199.
8.2 Packaging, transportation and storage
The composite disc is packaged without oil and paper. When the buyer requires oiling or paper padding, it shall be negotiated and determined by both the supplier and the buyer.
