Decoration for Building
1 Scope
This Standard specifies the classification, codes and marks, materials and components,
requirements, test methods and inspection rules of indoor window decoration for
building.
This Standard is applicable to indoor window decoration for civil building.

5.1.1 The manual operative device for the window decoration product shall have
protection from strangulation hazards.
5.1.2 The indoor environmental pollution control of materials used for the window
decoration product shall comply with the stipulations of GB/T 18883.
5.1.3 The combustion performance of materials used for the window decoration
product shall comply with the requirements of the order contract.
5.2 Metal
5.2.1 The aluminum alloy profiles for architecture shall comply with the stipulations of
GB/T 5237.1 ~ GB/T 5237.5. The aluminum alloy strips shall comply with the
stipulations of YS/T 621 and YS/T 431.
5.2.2 The pre-painted steel sheets and strips shall comply with the stipulations of GB/T
12754. The continuously hot-dip zinc-coated steel sheets and strips shall comply with
the stipulations of GB/T 2518. The continuously electrolytically zinc / zinc-nickel alloy
coated steel sheets and strips shall comply with the stipulations of GB/T 15675. The
stainless steel shall comply with the stipulations of GB/T 3280 or GB/T 4237.
5.3 Fabric and Non-woven Fabric
5.3.1 The fabrics shall comply with the stipulations of JG/T 424.
5.3.2 The level of color fastness to light of non-woven fabrics shall not be lower than
Level-4 specified in GB/T 8427-2019.
5.3.3 When the non-woven fabrics have anti-ultraviolet function, the anti-ultraviolet
performance shall comply with the stipulations of GB/T 18830.
5.3.4 The limit of hazardous substances of non-woven fabrics shall comply with the
stipulations of GB 18401.
5.4 Bamboo and Timber
5.4.1 The formaldehyde emission of timber [dryer method (40 L)] shall not be greater
than 1.5 mg/L.
5.4.2 The anti-corrosion performance of timber shall comply with the stipulations of
LY/T 1636.
5.4.3 The bamboo material shall comply with the stipulations of LY/T 1815.
5.5 Plastic
The plastic shall comply with the requirements of corresponding standards.
5.6 Electric Drive

6.9 Thermal and Visual Comfort Performance
The thermal and visual comfort performance of the window decorative products with
the shading function, and the grading shall comply with the stipulations of JG/T 277.
7 Test Methods
7.1 Appearance Quality
With the natural illumination intensity and a sight distance of no more than 3 m, conduct
the visual inspection.
7.2 Dimensional Deviations
Use a steel tape with a minimum division value of 1 mm for the measurement. Each
product shall be measured for at least three locations. The limit deviation between all
measured values and the nominal value shall be taken as the test result.
7.3 Operating Performance
During the second manual (electric) cycle, conduct visual inspection on the conditions
of continuity, flat width, off-tracking and synchronization.
For limit detection, use a steel tape with a minimum division value of 1 mm to measure
the distance deviated from the set position during the extension and retraction process.
7.4 Operating Force
In accordance with the stipulations of JG/T 242, conduct the determination.
7.5 Maloperation
In accordance with the stipulations of JG/T 275, conduct the determination.
7.6 Mechanical Endurance
In accordance with the stipulations of JG/T 241, conduct the determination.
7.7 Shading Performance
In accordance with the stipulations of JG/T 281, conduct the determination.

5.1.1 The manual operative device for the window decoration product shall have
protection from strangulation hazards.
5.1.2 The indoor environmental pollution control of materials used for the window
decoration product shall comply with the stipulations of GB/T 18883.
5.1.3 The combustion performance of materials used for the window decoration
product shall comply with the requirements of the order contract.
5.2 Metal
5.2.1 The aluminum alloy profiles for architecture shall comply with the stipulations of
GB/T 5237.1 ~ GB/T 5237.5. The aluminum alloy strips shall comply with the
stipulations of YS/T 621 and YS/T 431.
5.2.2 The pre-painted steel sheets and strips shall comply with the stipulations of GB/T
12754. The continuously hot-dip zinc-coated steel sheets and strips shall comply with
the stipulations of GB/T 2518. The continuously electrolytically zinc / zinc-nickel alloy
coated steel sheets and strips shall comply with the stipulations of GB/T 15675. The
stainless steel shall comply with the stipulations of GB/T 3280 or GB/T 4237.
5.3 Fabric and Non-woven Fabric
5.3.1 The fabrics shall comply with the stipulations of JG/T 424.
5.3.2 The level of color fastness to light of non-woven fabrics shall not be lower than
Level-4 specified in GB/T 8427-2019.
5.3.3 When the non-woven fabrics have anti-ultraviolet function, the anti-ultraviolet
performance shall comply with the stipulations of GB/T 18830.
5.3.4 The limit of hazardous substances of non-woven fabrics shall comply with the
stipulations of GB 18401.
5.4 Bamboo and Timber
5.4.1 The formaldehyde emission of timber [dryer method (40 L)] shall not be greater
than 1.5 mg/L.
5.4.2 The anti-corrosion performance of timber shall comply with the stipulations of
LY/T 1636.
5.4.3 The bamboo material shall comply with the stipulations of LY/T 1815.
5.5 Plastic
The plastic shall comply with the requirements of corresponding standards.
5.6 Electric Drive

6.9 Thermal and Visual Comfort Performance
The thermal and visual comfort performance of the window decorative products with
the shading function, and the grading shall comply with the stipulations of JG/T 277.
7 Test Methods
