the followings apply.
3.1 green household electric appliances
high-quality household electric appliances that in the whole life cycle, meet the
requirements of environmental protection, are harmless or minimally harmful to
the ecological environment and human health, and consume less resources
and energy
NOTE 1: The whole life cycle includes the various stages of the product's raw material
procurement, production, transportation, sales, use, recycling and scrap.
NOTE 2: Hereinafter referred to as "green appliances".
3.2 reference value of assessment indicator
the limit value of the index set for evaluating green household electric
appliances (3.1)
enterprise shall put forward relevant quality, environment, energy and safety
management requirements for the main raw material suppliers, production
partners, and related service parties of the product.
4.1.1.4 The production enterprise shall carry out product green design work in
accordance with the relevant requirements of GB/T 24256. While considering
environmental requirements, the design work shall consider the durability,
reliability, maintainability, reusability, remanufacturing, modularization,
intelligence, and easy disassembly (separation) and easy recycling of
components that have an adverse effect on the environment throughout the
product life cycle.
4.1.1.5 The production enterprise shall adopt advanced technology and
technology, instead of the technology, technique, equipment and related
materials restricted, eliminated or prohibited by the relevant departments of the
state and local government. The following are examples that meet the
requirements of this article (but not limited to the following situations):
- In the production process of the product, substances such as
hydrochlorofluorocarbon, 1,1,1-trichloroethane, trichloroethylene,
dichloroethylene, methylene chloride, chloroform, carbon tetrachloride,
bromopropane, etc. shall not be used as a cleaning solvent;
- Lead-free soldering technology shall be used for soldering in the production
process of electronic circuit boards and similar products;
- Products that need to be charged with refrigerants or foaming agents during
the production process shall not use refrigerants and foaming agents with
an ozone depleting potential (ODP) greater than zero;
- Products that need to be charged with refrigerant during the production
process shall be equipped with and effectively use refrigerant recovery
devices at the production site.
4.1.1.6 The pollutant emission level of the production enterprise shall meet the
requirements of the national and local pollutant emission standards. Total
pollutant control shall meet the national and local pollutant discharge control
targets. The production enterprise shall strictly implement relevant national
standards for energy conservation and environmental protection and provide a
list of standards.
4.1.1.7 The production enterprise shall be able to provide corresponding
certification materials that are consistent with the actual situation.
NOTE: Evaluation reports or test reports that meet the requirements of relevant standards,
certification certificates within the validity period, management systems, process
documents and so on can be provided as proof materials.
Where,
K - Generalization rate, expressed in percentage, to 1 decimal place;
ΣB - Total number of standard parts in the product;
ΣT - Total number of common parts in the product;
ΣL - Total number of accessories (parts) and components in the product.
Common parts in the product shall be managed in accordance with the
requirements of JB/T 5054.8. Provide the corresponding supporting materials
(number, application form, common parts details and so on).
A.4 Dehumidify capacity of cooling
Conduct rated cooling capacity test according to GB/T 7725-2004. The
dehumidify capacity of cooling is calculated according to formula (A.4).
