Scope

This Part of GB/T 3903 specifies a method for evaluating the ability of an insole,
to hold stitches, or to take clenched metal fastenings.
This Part is applicable to insoles irrespective of the material. The method has
become accepted as a general quality criterion for insole materials even where
attachment is by means of adhesives.
