3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply GB/T 3903 of this section.
3.1
Use Martindale (Martindale) wearable device, abrasive friction uppers, lining and pad wear resistance test.
4 test equipment and materials
Use the following equipment and materials.
4.1 wear tester (Martindale abrasion tester), one or more test stations, each test station includes the following components.
4.1.1 circular grinding with clamp ring, the peripheral fixed sample, the sample plane convex circular area of \u200b\u200b645mm2 ± 5mm2.
4.1.2 horizontal grinding table, to ensure that there are side length of 88mm square test area. Generally, a circular grinding station, minimum diameter
125mm.
4.1.3 grinding (4.1.1) is raised above the surface and grinding units (4.1.2) into contact, grinding mill can rotate freely in the flat.
Between grinding 4.1.4 (4.1.1) and ground stations (4.1.2) the trajectory of relative motion Lissajous figure area (60mm ± 1mm) ×
(60mm ± 1mm) (see Figure 1). Each Lissajous figure requires grinding operation rate of 16 have elliptical motion (rotation), tester
Is 47.8r/min ± 3.8r/min1).
Note. When running at 47.8r/min ± 3.8r/min, the rate of rotation of the outer shaft tester is 48r/min ± 2r/min.
1) 5rad/s ± 0.4rad/s (1rad≈0.16r/min, 1rad≈9.55r/min)
4.1.5 grinding is maintained between (4.1.1) and ground stations (4.1.2) constant pressure of 12kPa ± 0.2kPa. Quality grinding and related accessories for
795g ± 5g.
4.1.6 For each Lissajous figure, parallel grinding units (4.1.2) and surface grinding (4.1.1) between ± 0.05mm within. Grinding
Count on the scale to verify the parallelism of the grinding station.
