Scope

This document describes the methods for determining the gold and silver content in
copper concentrate and copper slag concentrate, using flame atomic absorption
spectrometry and fire assay.
Methods 1 and 2 of this document are applicable to the determination of gold and silver
content in copper concentrate and copper slag concentrate. Method 1 has a
determination range of silver. 10.0 g/t ~ 500.0 g/t; Method 2 has a determination range
of gold. 0.50 g/t ~ 56.00 g/t, silver. 50.0 g/t ~ 2500.0 g/t. Method 3 is applicable to the
determination of gold and silver content in copper sulfide concentrate with a copper
content of 15% ~ 60%, with a determination range of gold. 0.50 g/t ~ 300.00 g/t, silver.
25.0 g/t ~ 1500.0 g/t.
