This document is applicable to the construction, management and operation of take-back service networks for the recycling of waste traction battery packs, modules and cells. Other types of lithium ion battery take-back service networks, such as: consumption and energy storage, may take this document as a reference. This document does not apply to the storage sites for electric vehicle lead-acid batteries.
